FAQ

ZROW uses two different brands for our clothing. For our T-Shirts we use Bella+ Canvas which we used in our previous launch. For our hoodies, long-sleeves, and crewnecks we use Gildan.

ZROW's shirts come true to size. On the other hand, ZROW sweatshirts run a tad small, so if you are in-between sizes, or like your hoodies on the bigger side, we recommend you go up a size.

Shipping times can vary from order to order and person to person. Most orders of adult hoodies, adult shirts, adult long sleeves, and adult crewnecks usually come in 6-7 business days. Orders of kid's and toddler's shirts usually arrive in 6-7 business days. Orders of kid's and toddler's hoodies, and long sleeves can expect a little bit longer shipping times with around 8 business days.

Your order will vary from each product. Most adult shirts and hoodies will commonly come together. Stickers often times will arrive together. Also, kids and toddler shirts on average arrive together. On The other hand, most extras, youth and kid's hoodies will not come together, and shipping times may vary. Please not that these are all on average and can vary from person to person.

We don't have all sizes in everything, but we there are ways to work it out. If you don't see the size that you want, send us an email and we will try to work something out.
